Miracle Parenthood After 20 Years
For over 20 years, Mrs. Sabitri Ghimire and Mr. Mohan Ghimire faced a challenge that many couples can relate to: the heartbreaking struggle with infertility. They visited multiple specialists, with Sabitri even undergoing surgery in hopes of conceiving. They tried numerous cycles of IUI, but after years of disappointment, they were losing hope.
It was during one of those difficult times that a close friend suggested they visit Creator’s IVF Nepal at Satdobato, where advanced technologies were giving new hope to many. Encouraged by the success stories, the couple decided to meet with Dr. Sanumaiya and her team.
Through thoughtful consultations and counselling, they were guided through the IVF process with compassion and care. Step by step, they followed the medical advice given by the experts, determined to give it their all. When the day of the embryo transfer arrived, emotions ran high as they dared to hope once more.
Then came the moment they had been waiting for: the pregnancy test. When they saw those two bright lines on the test, it felt like a miracle. Their long wait was finally over, and the joy was beyond words.
After months of care and anticipation, on 2080/02/05, Sabitri welcomed a healthy baby boy into the world via an elective Caesarean Section, weighing 3kg. It was a moment of triumph—one filled with love, perseverance, and the power of hope.
A Journey of Strength and Determination
At 31 years old, Mrs. Preeti Gautam had been married for three years, and for two of those years, she and her husband had been hoping to start a family. Despite their best efforts, their dream of becoming parents seemed out of reach. After multiple attempts at natural conception and even undergoing IUI treatment at a fertility clinic in Kathmandu, the results were disheartening. Preeti learned she had a large fibroid in her uterus, a diagnosis that made her journey to motherhood even more challenging.
However, their story took a hopeful turn when one of Nepal’s senior gynecologists referred her to Creator’s IVF Nepal. After a thorough fertility evaluation, it was discovered that her egg count was low for her age. The presence of the fibroid only added to their concerns. Yet, instead of losing hope, Preeti and her husband found strength in the guidance of Dr. Sanumaiya Shrestha and her dedicated team. With determination, the couple embraced the first cycle of embryo freezing wholeheartedly. However, due to the size of Preeti’s fibroid, it was essential to have it surgically removed. The surgery, performed by the same skilled gynecologist who had referred her, was a success, leaving her uterine cavity intact and unharmed. Six months after the procedure, Preeti and her husband decided to move forward with a second cycle of egg collection, ensuring they had a surplus of embryos for the future.
Then came the moment of truth. Two perfect embryos were transferred, and with the unwavering support of her doctors, along with the couple’s faith and perseverance, Preeti’s prayers were answered. On her very first attempt at IVF, she became pregnant.
On 2081/01/11, Preeti and her husband were blessed with a healthy baby girl, a day that was nothing short of triumphant for everyone involved. Their journey was a testament to resilience, teamwork, and the power of hope
Hope, Perseverance, and a Double Blessing
Mrs. Elisha Thapa and her husband had been hoping to start a family for six years, but despite their best efforts, the journey to parenthood seemed elusive. After two unsuccessful cycles of intrauterine insemination (IUI-H) and the discovery of chocolate cysts in both of Elisha’s ovaries, the couple was heartbroken. On 20th Poush, the couple’s long-awaited joy arrived in the form of a healthy baby boy weighing 2.46kg and a beautiful baby girl weighing 2.4kg.
Now, Elisha and her husband are overjoyed, their home filled with the laughter of their twins. Meanwhile, Elisha’s mother has happily taken on the new role of a devoted grandmother, cherishing every moment spent caring for her grandchildren. Their story is a testament to perseverance, love, and the incredible possibilities that arise when you refuse to give up hope.
